Golgappe Recipe – How To Make at Home?

Today, I will share Golgappe recipe. So, I can’t wait for opening the lockdown. Here, we will make Golgappas at home. Enjoy with me.

Ingredients for Golgappe:

  • Flour – 1 Cup
  • Semolina – 2 Spoon
  • Salt – A Pinch

How To Make Golgappe?

To make Golgappe, firstly mix flour and semolina in a bowl and mix it well. After that knead it like a dough with little bit a salt. After kneading, cover it with a cotton cloth and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, mix the flour once and make a small dough from it and roll it lightly from the roti. Now cut it into the size of Golgappa. After this, put a cauldron on the gas and add oil to it. Sieve the chopped golgappa after getting hot. After a while she will swell up completely, then flip it over. After cooking it properly on both the sides, take it out in a vessel.

Ingredients for Golgappe Stuff:

  • Potato
  • Onion
  • Gram
  • Curd

It is very easy to make Chokha or Stuff, for this we first boil some potatoes and Gram. After boiling, mash the potatoes and add a little red chilli, salt, lightly chopped onions and mix them well.  Sprinkle some curd to make more tasty. Now it is ready to eat with Golgappe Recipe.

Ingredients for Golgappe ka Pani :

  • Ginger
  • Chaat Masala
  • Asafoetida
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Rosted Cumin
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaf
  • Tamarind Paste

Recipe – Golgappe ka Pani?

To make golgappa ka khatta mitha pani, Firstly grind all the ingredients Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves and Green Chilies, Ginger, Sugar, Asafoetida, Chaat Masala, Salt, Tamarind Paste,and Rosted Cumin etc. Then add cold water in Mixer. Now sieve this water properly.

Golgappe is one of my favorite and secret of my happiness. As we know, when we want to eat some chatpata, only golgappe comes in our mind. So Golgappe is ready and make it at home and share your secret of happiness too.
